Left out trash - Trash that is left outside is a major factor for animals to enter the premises. Even if the trash is bagged and set off to the side, it’s the perfect dinner invitation for wildlife such as raccoons, skunks, possums and squirrels.
Lack of lighting - Trying to save money on electricity bills by using dim lighting? Actually less lighting means less of a threat for wildlife. Homes that have brighter lights actually deter wildlife from entering the property, as it doesn’t seem safe than quieter, darker areas.

He was captured in less than 24 hours. I am relieved to say he was released elsewhere and I hope he is happy in his new home. Zack and Shane are very personable and know their business. He came over the same day I called and inspected the area I had a critter problem.   He knew exactly what the problem was and immediately took action to remove the pests. Case in point… On the day they were coming to address our mouse issue we came across a skunk that was sick and not moving but alive. I made two phone calls: 1st call to our town animal control and had to leave a message. 2nd to Shane and he returned my call within an hour. They took care of the skunk no problem.  Still have yet to hear back from the town.

Guys carefully worked with the weather to make sure that wear and tear on the lawn qas kept to a minimum when they brought in digging equipment.

We were at our wits end after playing loud (really loud) music for 5 days and 5 nights to try and convince the momma raccoon and her 5 kits living in our fireplace that there are quieter nests elsewhere.  I called Shane,  left a message and he promptly returned my call and with an hour he was at my door.  He quickly assessed the situation, knew exactly what to do. In short order all the raccoons were removed from our fireplace.  Shane is a true professional that I can trust to handle any other wildlife invasion!
